1. Welcome to Glam Beauty Education

Thank you for choosing Glam Beauty Education. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

2. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings are automatically confirmed, however Glam Beauty Education reserves the right to decline any booking that does not fit our policies or availability.

A booking deposit (a percentage of the treatment cost) is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We work back-to-back and aim to finish each client within their allocated time slot. If you arrive early, please wait outside or in your car to avoid interrupting other appointments.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or, if necessary, rescheduling of your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit and future appointments may require full pre-payment.

We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Glam Beauty Education.

4. No-Shows

A 'no-show' is when a client does not attend their pre-booked appointment without prior notice.

In the event of a no-show, we will contact you to arrange payment for the missed appointment, as this time could have been offered to another client.

Clients with previous no-shows will usually be required to make full pre-payment for future appointments. Repeated no-shows or failure to pay for missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined.

5. Payment

Full payment for services is due at the end of your appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change. You will always be informed of the cost before your appointment.

6. Consultation Forms & Patch Tests

Certain treatments require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. This helps us ensure your safety and tailor treatments to your needs.

Some treatments require a skin or patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. These include tinting, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and other treatments as specified.

If you have not had a treatment requiring a patch test within the last 6 months, a new patch test will be required.

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being rescheduled or cancelled. If a deposit has been paid, it will be non-refundable in these circumstances.

7. Health & Safety

Please arrive to your appointment in good health. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule to protect both yourself and others.

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment. Consultation forms must be completed honestly and updated when necessary.

Please follow all aftercare advice provided to ensure safe and effective results.

If you experience any discomfort during your treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

Mobile phones should be kept on silent to maintain a relaxing and professional environment.

Food is not permitted during treatments. Please respect hygiene standards at all times.

8. Children & Guests

We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your appointment, as our treatment space is small and we want to ensure a calm environment for all clients.

Additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area unless agreed in advance.

9. Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are your responsibility during your visit. Please keep them safely stored. Glam Beauty Education cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

10. Refunds & Complaints

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns about a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can work together to resolve the issue.

Refunds for completed treatments are not automatically provided, but we will always do our best to find a fair solution.

11. Training & Courses

For training courses, terms are discussed individually at the time of booking.

Training manuals are typically sent one week before the course date, at which point the remaining balance is due.

Cancellation and deposit policies for courses may differ from standard treatments and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

12. Your Data & Privacy

Glam Beauty Education is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

Your data is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services, maintaining records, and communicating with you about your appointments.

We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Glam Beauty Education reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to bookings made after the update.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
